摘要
根据校直工件的初始弯曲变形和三圆定心机构参数,建立驱动力矩与压紧正压力的关系式,求解驱动力。按该方法计算,可实现滚轮驱动装置按照设计启动时间启动,并且启动无打滑,重复精度好。
According to parameters of the initial bending deformation for work piece to be leveled and the three-circle centering mechanism, the equation between the driving torque and the pressure has been established to calculate the driving force. The roller driving device can start according to the design time without sliding in good repeatability by use of the above method.
