摘要
本文在现有压力矫直理论的基础上,应用ANSYS软件针对钢轨端部弯曲的压力矫直建立了弹塑性分析模型,研究了矫直压力与残余应力、残余变形和压下量的变形规律。通过对比验证了该有限元模型的正确性,对于现场生产和相应自动矫直设备的开发具有指导意义。
Based on the currently straightening research, the elastoplastic. model for the straightening of rail ends by using ANSYS software has been established in the text. The relationship among residual stress, residual deflection, bending deflection, and straightening force has been studied. The FEM model has been verified to be correct through comparison, which provides reference for the rail manufacture and the exploration of the automatic straightening equipment.
