协调问题是供应链管理的核心问题,文中研究了供应链协调机制设计问题。首先介绍了管理机制设计的相关理论,提出了协调机制的构成6元件。然后详细分析了供应链协调机制的构成元件,最后详细分析了供应链协调机制的核心体系。
Coordination problem is the core issue of supply chain management, the paper studied the supply chain coordination mechanism design problems. First introduced management mechanism design theory, put forward six components constituting the coordination mechanism. Then a detailed analysis of the constituent elements of the supply chain coordination mechanism, and finally a detailed analysis of the core system of supply chain coordination mechanism.
