摘要
供应链的真正优势在于通过信息共享来达到整个供应链的集成,以提高供应链的反应速度,降低成本,减少重复和浪费.着重对信息不共享的原因、信息共享的协同效应、技术支撑体系,以及如何对供应链上的节点企业进行激励分析,从而保障信息共享的实现.通过建立良好的供应链信息共享条件及有效的信息共享管理激励机制,可以提高供应链的性能,实现供应链成员的"双赢".
This paper mainly discussed the cause of information＇s no sharing, the syhergetic effect of information sharing, the technological support system, and how to do stimulation analysis on nodal enterprises in supply chain in order to guarantee the realization of information sharing. It is concluded that establishing good conditions of supply chain information sharing and effective management incentive mechanism of information sharing can improve the performance of supply chain and realize the win-win of members of supply chain.
