摘要
目的:采用影响偏侧咀嚼发病及病程发展的"四联因素"一定的标准对偏侧咀嚼病因及发病过程提出合理的理论框架;并在这个框架下进行初步调查研究及统计学分析。方法:(1)结合前人研究及龋病病因四联因素理论[1],提出偏侧咀嚼的"四联因素";(2)通过对300名芜湖皖南医学院在校生进行偏侧咀嚼筛查、标准口腔检查、口腔相关问卷调查,继而对偏侧咀嚼在"四联因素"框架下进行初步调查研究及统计学分析。结果:(1)本文提出影响偏侧咀嚼发病及病程发展的"四联因素"为:1食物差异;2个体差异;3患侧牙齿状态;4罹患偏侧咀嚼时间。(2)根据统计学结果分析,患偏侧咀嚼吃软质食物者(23.0%)较吃硬质食物者(9.0%)更多;患偏侧咀嚼者男性(68.0%)较女性(29.0%)为多;具备偏侧咀嚼知识者(14.0%)较不具备偏侧咀嚼知识者(67.0%)患偏侧咀嚼为少;患偏侧咀嚼者患侧牙齿一般有龋病等各种牙科疾患(72.0%);患偏侧咀嚼者罹患偏侧咀嚼时间一般在1年及以上(78.0%)有自觉症状而产生偏侧咀嚼的各种影响。结论:(1)本文提出的"四联因素"理论框架对偏侧咀嚼的研究有一定意义:从以往的单因素分析上升到了多因素的整体分析,各因素的整合框架基本涵盖了偏侧咀嚼的发病及病程发展整个过程,为及时的临床干预治疗提供了一定的指向性意义。(2)为继续探究偏侧咀嚼发病及病程发展各因素间的内在逻辑关系提供了思路,为更完善的理论框架的提出提供了一定基础。
Objective：Using partial lateral chewing and course of disease development of＂quadruple factors＂certain standards put forward the process of partial lateral chewing the etiology and reasonable theoretical framework;And under the framework of the preliminary investigation and statistical analysis.Methods：（1）Combined with previous studies and caries disease causes four factors theory,partial lateral chewing＂quadruple factors＂;（2）through the study of the partial of wuhu 300 medical college students in the south of anhui side chewing screening,standard oral cavity,oral related questionnaire,then the partial lateral chewing in the framework of＂quadruple factors＂in a preliminary investigation and statistical analysis.Results：（1）In this paper,effects of partial lateral chewing onset and progression of＂quadruple factors＂are：①food differences;②individual differences;③side teeth;④ chewing time suffering from partial side.（2）According to the results of statistical analysis,partial side chew eat soft food（23.0%）than to eat hard food more（9.0%）;with partial side chew men（68.0%）than women（29.0%）,multiple;with partial lateral chewing knowledge is less（14.0%）with partial lateral chewing knowledge is（67.0%）with partial lateral chewing is less;subject to partial side chew lateral teeth usually have all sorts of dental diseases such as caries disease（72.0%）;with partial side chewing is suffering from partial side chewing time（78.0%）had generally within a year or more self-conscious symptom and partial lateral chewing the various influence.Conclusion：（1）The proposed theoretical framework＂quadruple factors＂research has certain significance for partial side chew：increased from previous single factor analysis to the overall analysis of multiple factors,the factors of integration framework covers the basic partial lateral chewing the onset and course of development of the entire process,provides timely clinical intervention therapy of directional significance.（2）To continue to explore partial lateral chewing the onset of the intrinsic logical relation between the factors and the disease development provides a train of thought,is conducive to a more perfect theoretical framework proposed provides a certain basis.
