摘要
本文在纵观了中国小城镇发展所走过的历程之后,探讨了发展小城镇的重要性和小城镇发展中所面临的种种问题,由此得出当前阻碍小城镇发展的三大障碍,即小城镇基础设施薄弱,投资不足;城镇建设盲目,缺乏统一、科学、全面的规划;不利于小城镇发展的政策和体制。最后,本文对这三大障碍及其应对策略作了初步的全面性的探讨。
