摘要
乡镇行政区划调整改变了土地利用区位,有利于小城镇土地集约利用和土地生态保护,农户土地利用行为也将进行一定的调整。通过调查分析,发现在乡镇区划调整中也存在一定不足,主要表现在:没有突破县(市)行政区划限制,不能在更大经济区域实现资源优化配置;被撤乡镇政府驻地土地闲置低效,基础设施和生态环境等有待改善;集镇集体土地房产交易缺乏相应的规范。针对这些问题提出了相应的对策建议。
