摘要
2013年1月份以来,雾霾作为一种灾害性天气在我市持续发生,所引发的环境效应问题和气候效应问题,已引起社会的广泛关注.而霾的组成成分非常复杂,包括数百种大气化学颗粒物质,对人体和生态环境都有很严重的影响.分析雾霾的成因及其对环境和人体的影响,从政府环保方面进行以期防治.
As a disastrous weather,fog and haze has occurred continually in Shiyan city since January,2013.The problems of environmental effect and climate effect which caused by the fog and haze have attracted wide attention of the public.The haze with complex composition includes hundreds of atmospheric particle,which have serious effect on human and ecological environment.This paper simply analyzes the causes of fog and haze and its impact on environment and human beings,and initial exploration is also made on the prevention work from the perspective of the environmental management department.
