摘要
某款发动机开发过程中,在发动机缸盖-缸体-正时链罩三结合面处,出现渗油现象。通过对渗油处的结构、受力及密封胶品等分析排查和台架验证,发现通过修改易储油结构、优化密封胶储胶槽以及减少缸体与缸盖装配后密封面的高度差等,可以解决渗油问题。结果表明,三结合面结构本身就存在渗油的风险,此处结构设计时要避免出现易储油结构,同时对3个零部件的高度差要严格控制。发动机初期开发验证阶段,可以通过机油中添加荧光粉等及早发现和规避渗油问题。
Engine cylinder head, cylinder block and timing chain cover three surfaces contact existed oil leakage at the engine development. By analyzing the structure, applied force at the oil leakage area, checking the sealed rubber parts and carrying out the rig test, it was found that T area oil leakage problem was solved by redesigning the structure which was avoided to store oil, optimizing sealant storage groove, reducing the difference in height between the cylinder block and the head. The results show that T area configuration itself has the risk of oil leakage. When designing the configuration of T area,it was considered to avoid oil storage, at the same time, the difference in height between the cylinder head, cylinder block and timing chain cover was strictly controlled. The oil leakage can be found by filling fluorescent penetrant to oil and be avoided without delay at the initial engine development phase.
