摘要
针对电脱盐分配管开孔管配油中存在的配油不均匀和能耗过高等问题,分配管基于均匀出流原理,提出了穿孔配油管异孔径开孔的方法,幵对其可行性进行分析。结合工程实例,提出穿孔管的分段异口径等距开孔的计算方法。
For the openings of oil distribution pipe in the electric desalting equipments, there are problems of uneven distribution of the oil flow and high energy consumption. Based on the uniform distribution of oil flow, we proposed perforating the distribution pipe with different aperture openings and analyzed the feasibility of this method. Combined with engineering example, we proposed the calculation method of perforating different caliber pipe segments with equidistant openings.
