摘要
针对目前开孔管配水中存在的配水不均匀和能耗过高等问题,基于薄壁孔口出流的原理,提出了穿孔配水管异孔径开孔的方法,并对其可行性进行分析,且推导出穿孔配水管异孔径开孔孔口直径的水力计算公式。结合工程实例,提出穿孔管的分段异口径等距开孔的计算方法,为穿孔管在实际工程中的应用提出一套新的可行方案。
Aiming at the problem of the uneven distributing water and the higher energy consumption on the perforated pipe distributing water at present,it is analysed the feasibility of aperture-varied opening method of perforated distributing water pipe on the basis of sharp-edge orifice outflow principle,and deduced the formula of hydraulic calculation of aperture-varied opening orifice.Considering the actual problems in engineering application,it is also put forward the calculation method of segment-equidistant aperture-varied opening on perforated pipe.A set of new schemes for the application of perforated pipe in practical project are proposed.
