摘要
针对厂家生产的汽车空调面板旋钮操作舒适度欠佳的现状,基于虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW,以工控机为核心,开发了集运动控制、数据采集、数据处理和波形显示为一体的汽车空调面板旋钮测试试验台。结合人机工程学的旋钮性能评价标准,对某型号汽车空调面板旋钮标准样件进行了试验,所测结果与理论数据基本一致,均在厂家要求精度范围内。结果表明,该试验台能够较好地实现测试任务,运行稳定可靠。
In view of the current situation that automobile air -conditioner panel knob from the factory production line is of poor performance in terms of operating comfort , based on the visual instrument development platform LabVIEW , and with indus-trial control computer as the core , a test bench for automobile air -conditioner panel knob was developed , combining data acqui-sition , data processing , waveform displaying and motion control as a whole .According to the knob performance evaluation criteri-on based on Ergonomics , a type of automobile air-conditioner panel knob standard sample was tested .The measured results are consistent with the theoretical data and within the range of accuracy required in the factory .The results indicate that this test -bench can achieve the test task , and operates stably and reliably .
