摘要
螺纹连接具有诸多优点,在军用及民用机械工程装备中得到了广泛的应用。在多种机具的维修与螺纹连接的军用装备的处废工作中面临大量的螺接件分解任务。为此介绍一种基于工控机的螺接件分解控制系统,系统自动化程度高,稳定性好,生产效率远高于传统设备。
Because the screw thread connection has the advantages such as tight combination, easy to dismantle or assemble, low cost, etc., as a result, not only in the military engineering realm but also in the civil engineering realm, the parts connected by screw thread are adopted in various mechanical structures, so the parts of this combination all get the very extensive application. In maintaining and disposing works, there are a great deal of thread parts need to be decomposed. However, the traditional decomposition method is by hand work. Aiming at this situation, a control system is presented to resolve the problem. The fundamental composition, operating process and key technique of the control system are introduced.
