摘要
基于对机械行业企业的调研,通过分析机械类工程师必备的素质,参考国家"本科工程型人才培养通用标准",结合齐鲁工业大学实际,初步确定了机械类专业工程能力需求特征。以工程能力培养为主线,通过构建工程能力创新课程群,建立校企合作办学机制,实现课程体系重构。同时按照"从出口往回找"的原则,创新人才培养模式,实行多元化培养,取得了初步效果。
Based on the investigation and research on mechanical enterprises and the analysis of the required quality as a mechanical engineer, this paper preliminarily summarizes the demand characteristics by referring to national ＂common standards of undergraduate engineering talents cultivation＂ and combined with the practice in Qilu University of Technology. These characteristics are taking engineering capability cultivation as the main line, to create new curriculum system for constructing engineering capability, to establish a mechanism of running university-enterprise cooperation, and to achieve the reconstruction of curriculum system. Meanwhile, preliminary effects have been achieved by following the ＂from-the-back-forwards＂ principle, innovating talents cultivating model and implementing diversity training.
