摘要
近年来由于频繁出现食品添加剂用量超标、乱用等安全问题,食品添加剂问题成为讨论的焦点,同样也让我们必须对这门课程进行反思和探讨。现在的食品添加剂教学面临着两大问题:不能适应食品工业发展需要;教学本身的方式与课程目标不适应。本文从食品添加剂课堂教学内容、教学方法、教学模式、课程考核形式进行了研究和实践,通过采用多种自主互动式教学模式,理论联系实践,使学生能够感受到学有所用,从而提高食品添加剂课程的教学品质,又使学生能够更趋向实用性进行了深入分析。
problems concerning overusing or misusing food additives among others on food safety have been continuously propping up in recent years, which turns out be a hot topic among people from all walks of life. Upon this, it’s high time that we should take the problems into consideration as a subject in teaching. The teaching activities about food addictives are encountering two problems as follows: the activities can’t fully meet food industry’s needs; teaching pattern itself can’t comply with its original prospective purpose. Teaching content, method, model, and teaching performance assessment criteria are given top priority in this article, in an aim to make student in college feel the usefulness of what they have learnt from their classes by a variety of interactive teaching model in combination of theory and practice. It not only improves quality of food addictives teaching activity, but also makes great contribution to students’ practicality in reality.
