摘要
试验旨在研究添加植物提取物饲料添加剂对Cobb商品代肉鸡生长性能、血清生化指标及消化机能的影响。选择1日龄白羽Cobb肉鸡900只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复100只。分别在基础日粮中添加植物提取物饲料添加剂(200 g/t)、抗生素(10%硫酸粘杆菌素预混剂200 g/t+10%金霉素预混剂400 g/t)构成试验日粮,分别饲喂给试验组鸡只和抗生素组鸡只,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验期53 d(1-53日龄)。结果表明,与抗生素组相比,植物提取物饲料添加剂能显著(P〈0.05)提高Cobb肉鸡的血清总蛋白含量、谷草转氨酶活力、淀粉酶活力、脂肪酶活力、钙磷消化率、粗蛋白消化率和粗脂肪消化率,并显著降低死淘率(P〈0.05);可以降低料肉比,并提高Cobb肉鸡的日增重、日采食量和谷丙转氨酶活力,但无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。由此可知,植物提取物饲料添加剂在一定程度上可改善肉鸡生产性能,在肉鸡保健中可以替代部分抗生素使用。
The study was conducted to investigate the regulatory effects of plant extract feed additives Impim on productive performance in Cobb commercial broilers. A total of 900 Cobb commercial broilers at 1 day age were randomly divided into three group, Impim group, Antibiotic group and control group, three repeats for each group, and 100 for each repeat. Impim group were fed with basal diets added with 200 g/t Impim, Antibiotic group were fed with basal diets added with 200 g/t Colistin Sulfate Premix(10%) and 400 g/t Aureomycin Premix(10%), control group were fed with basal diets. The results showed that compared with the antibiotic group, phytogenic feed additives Impim could increase serum total protein, aspartate aminotransferase(AST), Amylase, lipase, calcium absorption rate,phosphorus uptake rate, crude protein absorption rate and crude fat absorption rate( P〈0.05); mortality was decreased significantly(P〈0.05); but had no significant effects on feed conversion ratio, average daily gain, average daily feed intake and alanine aminotransferase(P〉0.05). It can be concluded that the Impim could improve productive performance and replace part of antibiotics on health care in Cobb commercial broilers.
