摘要 为了改善六辊烫平机的传动性能,采用同步带作为传动装置。介绍了六辊烫平机同步带传动装置的结构组成和工作原理,以及同步带传动的计算步骤。同步带传动能保证理想的恒定速比,每2个辊之间传递动力的同步带轮齿数相差一个齿,相应的主动辊转速比从动辊转速略快,这样织物在熨烫时处于拉紧状态,能有效避免织物产生堆积、起褶的现象,提高了熨烫质量。 In order to improve transmission performance of six roller ironing machine, it used the belt as a transmission device. It introduced six roller ironing machine belt drive device structure and working principle, described the calculation procedure belt drive. Belt drive guarantee ideal ratio was constant, the number of each of the two power transmission belt tooth difference of one tooth rolls between the corresponding rotational speed of the driving roller was slightly faster than the speed of the driven roller, so that the fabric was under tension during ironing, can effectively avoid the fabric produced accumulation, pleated, and enhanced the ironing quality.
