混料练泥机链传动失效可靠性分析与改进 被引量:1

摘要 针对混料练泥机链传动时有失败的情况,运用可靠性设计理论对其进行分析研究,找出了链传动因可靠度不足而失败的原因,并提出了解决问题的措施。对于新设计产品,在保持原设计其它参数不变的条件下,仅需少量增加小链轮齿数就可以使传动具有足够的可靠度,对旧设备则需从润滑、清洁、调整操作等方面入手,提高链传动的可靠性,为设备的定期检查和维修提供了依据。 To counterthe case which pug mill chain transmission lost efficacy,reliability design theory was applied to analyze it. The reason of chain transmission losing efficacy was found that its reliability was not enough and a solution of the problem was presented relevantly. When the new production was designed,only the driving chain wheel need add a small amount that chain reliability is enough under the condition that other parameters chain transmission no changing. As to old equipment ,it must start with daily safeguard and maintenance such as lubrication, sanitation,operations, adjustment so as to develop its reliability. It supplied basis for regular service construct material equipment.
