摘要
目的 探讨并总结鼻内窥镜术后鼻窦灌注液冲洗在慢性鼻窦炎治疗中的效果.方法 选取长治医学院附属和济医院收治的鼻内窥镜术后用鼻窦灌注液冲洗治疗慢性鼻窦炎的患者60例,将其作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组30例,实验组采用加减辛夷冲洗液（由加减辛夷散自制而成）内加入庆大霉素和地塞米松的方法冲洗鼻腔,对照组只给予加减辛夷冲洗液.定期检测黏膜纤毛传输功能情况及其嗜酸性粒细胞数目的变化情况.结果 实验组治疗5周后恢复率为60％,对照组为27％,实验组纤毛传输功能的恢复情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.实验组治疗后嗜酸性粒细胞减少了3.5％,对照组减少了1.6％,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.两组均无不良反应和其他异常现象.结论 采用加减辛夷冲洗液（由加减辛夷散自制而成）内加入庆大霉素和地塞米松冲洗鼻腔的临床效果优于单独使用加减辛夷冲洗液冲洗鼻腔,值得在临床上广泛推广.
Objective To investigate and summarize the effect of sinus perfusion fluid flushing after nasal endoscopic on chronic sinusitis.Methods Sixty patients with chronic sinusitis,which were given sinus perfusion fluid flushing after nasal endoscopic in Heji Hospital Mfiliated to Changzhi Medical College were chose as research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,the experiment group and the control group,each group had 30 cases,the experiment group were given subtraction magnolia flushing fluid （which from homemade of subtraction magnolia san） and added gentamycin and dexamethasone to rinse the nasal cavity,the control group were given subtraction magnolia flushing fluid.The function of the mucociliary transport and the changes of number in eosinophils were regularly detected.Results Mter 5 weeks of treatment,the recovery rate of the experiment group was 60％,the recovery rate of the control group was 27％,the recovery of function in the mucociliary transport of the experiment group was much better than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Mter treatment,the number of eosinophils decreased by 3.5％ in experiment group,that in the control group decreased by 1.6％,there was no obvious changes between the two groups（P ＞0.05）.In the course of treatment,the experiment group and the control group had no adverse reactions and other anomalies.Conclusions Subtraction magnolia flushing fluid（which from homemade of subtraction magnolia san） and added the gentamycin and dexamethasone to rinse the nasal cavity has better effect than the control group of subtraction magnolia flushing fluid to rinse the nasal cavity,it was worthy of promoting in clinical practice.
