摘要
目的比较内镜鼻窦术后林格液与高渗氯化钠溶液鼻腔冲洗的疗效,探讨其应用价值。方法将60例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉行内镜鼻窦术治疗患者随机分为两组,每组30例,术后分别采用林格液与3%高渗氯化钠溶液冲洗液行鼻腔冲洗,随访3个月,观察、比较两组疗效。结果两组术腔愈合情况无显著差异(P>0.05);林格液组囊泡形成较少,高渗氯化钠溶液组术腔积脓较轻(P<0.05)。结论内镜鼻窦术后应用林格液与高渗氯化钠溶液冲洗术腔均有助于促进术腔上皮化,在减轻水肿、减少分泌物方面两者各有特点。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and investigate the application value of nasal irrigation with Ringer＇s solution and hypertonic saline in patients with sinusitis after endoscopic surgery.Methods Sixty cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp were divided equally into two groups randomly.Endoscopic surgery was performed in all patients.One group received postoperative nasal irrigation with Ringer＇s solution while another group with hypertonic saline.All cases have been followed up for three months.The therapeutic effect of two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in cure rate between two groups（P〈0.05）.The severity of vesiculation in Ringer＇s solution group was less than hypertonic saline group while the quantity of empyema in nasal cavity was more（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Nasal irrigation with Ringer＇s solution or hypertonic saline has good therapeutic effect in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp after endoscopic surgery.But features of these two kinds of rinse solution observed in this study present some differences.
