Optimization of CO_2 Supercritical Extraction of Puerarin from Radix puerariae Residue

摘要 采用正交试验法优化CO2超临界提取葛渣中葛根素的工艺研究。在单因素试验的基础上,选择萃取投料量、萃取温度、萃取压力、萃取时间四个因素,进行L9(34)正交试验设计,评估了这些因素对葛根素提取率的影响。实验结果表明最佳工艺参数为投料量50 g,萃取温度55℃,萃取压力16 MPa,萃取时间90 min。在此条件下,葛渣中葛根素的萃取率为82.5%。 The CO2 supercritieal extraction process of puerarin from Radix puerariae residue was optimized using orthogo- hal experiment. Based on single factor experiments, sample amount, extraction temperature, extraction pressure and time were selected for L9 ( 34 ) orthogona] tests using the extraction yield of puerarin as index. The results indicated that the optima] extraction conditions were sample amount of 50 g,extraction temperature of 55℃ ,extraction pressure of 16 MPa and extraction time of 90 rain. Under the optimized conditions,the extraction yield of puerarin was up to 82.5% .
