介绍了日本和韩国食品添加剂的基本概念,食品添加剂的法规标准框架内容,以及两国食品添加剂的管理部门和管理方式。为加强我国食品添加剂的管理和进口食品中添加剂的使用管理,以及出口食品生产企业组织生产提供参考。
The basic concept of food additive, its regulation structure and standards as well as administrative departments and regulation mode in Japan and South Korea were introduced. The study would provide a reference to strengthen the area of Chinese food additives administration, regulations of Chinese food additives in imported food and manufacturers which exporting food.
