The allowed type,scope and limited use of food grade phosphoric acid and phosphates in food additives regulations and standards of the United States,the European Union,CAC,Japan and China were introduced,and their food safety was discussed.It could be used to strengthen the production and application management of China's food grade phosphoric acid and phosphates,and the use management of phosphates in food exports.
