摘要
通过对浙西地区(衢州)既有居住建筑的能耗状况、建筑构造情况等的调查分析,总结浙西地区既有居住建筑能耗差异的原因以及合适的节能改造方法;在调查统计结果分析的基础上得出进行节能改造比未进行节能改造的建筑物能耗差异情况,进而利用节能改造费用与用电差异能耗费用的差值得出资金节超情况,进一步证实进行节能改造在经济上是可行的。
