摘要
目的研究一种复方过氧化氢手消毒液的消毒性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物实验方法,对该复方过氧化氢手消毒液的杀菌效果和毒性进行了实验室评价。结果该复方过氧化氢手消毒液于37℃密封储存90 d,过氧化氢下降率为6.07%。用含过氧化氢8.02 g/L的该复方过氧化氢手消毒液,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值≥5.0;对悬液内白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,平均杀灭对数值≥4.0。该复方过氧化氢手消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验LD50﹥5 000 mg/kg(体重)。结论该复方过氧化氢手消毒液对细菌繁殖体及酵母菌有较好的杀灭效果,属实际无毒级物质,储存性能稳定。
Objective To study the disinfection performance of a hand disinfectant of compound hydrogen peroxide. Methods The quantitative suspension germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used to carry out the laboratory evaluation. Results Being sealed and stored at 37℃ for 90 days, the decay rate of the hand disinfectant was 6.07%. The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension exposed to compound hydrogen peroxide of 8.02 g/L for 0.5 min was ≥5.0 and that of Candida albicans for 0.5rain was ≥4.0. The LD50 of mice for acute oral toxicity test was 〉 5000 mg/kg · bw. Conclusion The compound hydrogen peroxide disinfectant has good disinfection effect on bacteria gonite and yeast. It belongs to non -toxic material and is stable.
