洁利特消毒液含过氧化氢、胶态微粒银、磷酸钠与稳定剂。以其含０．６％过氧化氢溶液对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌作用１０分钟，含１５．０％过氧化氢溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用２０分钟，杀灭率均为１００％。以其含３０％过氧化氢的原液作用６０分钟，才能破坏ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性。于５４℃下保存２周，过氧化氢减少７．２９％。其含１５．
Jielite Disinfectant Solution is a compound disinfectant containing hydrogen peroxide, colloidal silver, sodium phosphate and stabilizer. It was found in laboratory examination that both the killing rate of Escherichiacoli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to Jielite Disinfectant Solution containing 0.6% hydrogen peroxide for 10 min and that of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the disinfectant solution containing 15.0% hydrogen peroxide for 20 min were 100%. The solution containing 30.0% hydrogen peroxide with a 60 min contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity. The germicidal efficacy of the solution was not influenced significantly by presence or absence of 10% calf serum in bacterial suspension. Storing of Jielite Disinfectant Solution containing 30.19% hydrogen peroxide packed in plastic bottle at 54℃ for 2 weeks caused decrease in hydrogen peroxide concentration (27%～99%) by 7.29%. The Jielite Disinfectant Solution containing 15.0% hydrogen peroxide is slightly corrosive to aluminum.
