摘要
目的观察五味消毒饮加味治疗骨科创伤术后创口感染的临床疗效。方法将152例骨科创伤术后创口感染患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组72例给予西医常规治疗,观察组80例给予西医常规结合五味消毒饮加味治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.00%,对照组为84.72%;两组临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创口感染治疗时间、创口愈合时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论五味消毒饮加味治疗骨科创伤术后创口感染可提高临床疗效,缩短疗程。
Objective To observed the clinical efficacy of "Wuwei Xiaodu Drink" and routine therapy in treating postoperative incision infection of orthopaedic trauma. Methods One hundred and fifty-two cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Seventy-two cases in control group were treated by western routine therapy, and cases in the observation group were added with modified "Wuwei Xiaodu Drink". Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and 84.72% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). The treatment time of wound infection and wound healing time in observation group were shorter than that of the controls, with statistical differences between the two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Modified "Wuwei Xiaedu Drink" can improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the course for the treatment of postoperative incision infection of orthopaedic trauma.
