摘要
目的观察解毒养阴方结合IMRT治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效。方法将100例晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例;两组均给予全程IMRT治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予解毒养阴方治疗,疗程8周。观察两组短期临床疗效、放疗剂量和毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组显效率为84.0%,对照组为54.0%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组的放疗剂量小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组毒副反应发生率为40.0%,对照组为30.0%,观察组毒副反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解毒养阴方结合IMRT治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床疗效良好,且能减少放疗剂量,减轻毒副反应。
Objective To observed the clinicalefficacy of ＂Jiedu Yangyin Formula＂ and IMRT in treating advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, Methods One hundred cases with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by IMRT, and observation group was treated by ＂Jiedu Yangyin Formula＂ additionally, with the course of 8 weeks. The short-term efficacy, radiation dose, adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results The obvious effective rate was 84.0% in the observation group and was 54.0% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the radiation dose of the observation group was less than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the occurrence rate was 40.0% in the observation group and was 30.0% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined ＂Jiedu Yangyin Formula＂ and IMRT has good therapeutic effects on advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and can decrease the radiation dose and alleviate adverse effects.
