摘要
挤压技术广泛应用于硬质合金、制药及机械加工等诸多领域,但面临着其控制方式落后、自动化程度低、控制精度低等问题,不能满足现代化生产的需要。通过对差速挤压机检测控制系统的升级改进,提出了一种基于VC++技术和硬件设计相结合的的计算机控制方案。分别从硬件和软件两方面对控制系统进行设计,为差速挤压机实验平台开发了一套检测控制系统,提高了整个系统的可靠性和安全性,实现了其精确的自动控制。
The speed of extrusion detection control system to upgrade,this paper puts forward a kind of VC++ technology and the hardware design based on the combination of computer control scheme.From two sides of hardware and software control system design,for the differential extruder experiment platform for the development of a measurement and control system,improves the safety and reliability of the whole system,and realizes the curate automatic control,shorten the distance to the plant in Colleges and universities.
