摘要
分析了影响铝挤压机挤压速度的主要因素,有针对性地提出了挤压速度控制方案,即开环控制加速度补偿限幅的方式,并详细介绍了该控制方式的程序结构和具体实施方法。采用此挤压速度控制方案,挤压速度跟踪误差≤5%。挤压速度控制方案可以推广应用于各种吨位的单、双动卧式铝挤压机上。
The major factors influencing the extruding speed of aluminum-alloy extrusion press were analyzed, and the plan for the control of extruding speed, such as open-loop control plus limited speed compensation, was proposed, and further the working pattern and procedure of this type of control was introduced in detail. The adoption of this type of control ensures the error rate within 5%, being possible to apply into all sizes of single or double-action aluminum extrusion presses.
