摘要
目的:探讨自拟雄黄复方治疗反应性关节炎的临床疗效,并初步评估其安全性。方法:选取反应性关节炎患者68例,随机分为治疗组39例和对照组29例。治疗组给予自拟雄黄复方治疗,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释片+柳氮磺吡啶+甲氨蝶呤治疗,两组6个月后进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组临床治愈30例,显效5例,有效3例,有效率97.44%;对照组临床治愈16例,显效7例,有效3例,无效3例,有效率89.66%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后临床指标改善比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雄黄复方治疗反应性关节炎具有一定疗效,且毒副作用较少。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of self-designed compound recipe of realgar in the treatment of reactive arthritis.Methods：68 cases with reactive arthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group （39 cases） and a control group （29 cases）.The treatment group was treated with compound recipe of realgar,while the control group was given diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets plus sulfasalazine and methotrexate.After 6 months,clinical effects of he tao groups were evaluated.Results：Among the treatment group,30 cases were cured,5 cases were markedly effective and 3 cases were effective,efifciency accounting for 97.44%;while in the control group,16 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and 3 cases were invalid,efifciency accounting for 89.66%.The difference between the two groups was statistically signiifcant（P〈0.05）.Comparing the improvement of clinical indexes of the two groups after treatment,there was no signiifcant difference（P〉0.05）.The difference between adverse reactions of the two groups was not signiifcant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Compound recipe of realgar has certain curative effects in the treatment of reactive arthritis and less toxicity and side effects.
