摘要
目的探讨结肠癌患者血清白细胞介素8(IL-8)与抗凋亡基因Bcl-2、促凋亡基因Bax的关系。方法检测不同分期结肠癌患者血中的IL-8、肿瘤组织中的抗凋亡基因Bcl-2以及促凋亡基因Bax的表达,并分析其中可能存在的关系。结果 C、D期患者血清IL-8、Bcl-2含量明显高于A、B期,D期患者IL-8含量明显高于C期;D期患者中Bax含量明显低于A、B、C三期患者,同时C期患者Bax含量明显低于A患者,但与B期患者无明显差异。相关性分析发现,IL-8与Bcl-2呈显著正相关,而与Bax呈显著负相关。结论 IL-8可能通过升高Bcl-2表达,同时抑制Bax的表达,使细胞凋亡受到影响,从而促进了结肠癌的进展。
Objective To explore the correlation between serum IL- 8 with Bcl- 2 gene and Bax gene in patients with colon cancer.Methods Serum IL- 18 and the expression of Bcl- 2 gene and Bax gene in patients with colon cancer in different stages,in order to analyze the possible relationship between them. Results The serum levels of IL- 8 and expression of Bcl- 2 in patients at stages C and D were significantly higher than those of patients at stages A and B. Serum level of IL- 8 in patients at stage D was significantly higher than that of patients at stage C.The content of Bax in patients at stage D was significantly lower than that of patients in stages A,B and C,content of Bax in patients at stage A was significantly lower than that of patients in stage C,but there was no obvious difference between patients in stages A and B. A simple correlation analysis between serum IL- 8 and Bcl- 2 gene,Bax gene,serum IL- 8 was well correlated with Bcl- 2 gene,however,serum IL- 8 was negatively correlated to Bax gene. Conclusion Serum IL- 8 may increase the expression of Bcl- 2,and inhibit the expression of Bax,in turn affect the cell apoptosis and prompt the progress of colon cancer.
