摘要
目的观察促红细胞生成素(EPO)对老年肺癌贫血的治疗效果并评价其治疗安全性。方法以2011年5月至2013年6月收治的肺癌合并贫血的36例老年患者为研究对象,按随机数字表格法分为两组。对照组18例患者给予蔗糖铁注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加用EPO,两组在对症处理与营养支持上相同,且均不放化疗,治疗6周后比较两组疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的红细胞数、血红蛋白数及血细胞比容值均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后上述3个指标均明显高于采用对照组[(4.27±0.38)×1012/L vs.(3.53±0.42)×1012/L,(115.12±5.47)g/L vs.(95.64±5.66)g/L,(36.54±4.38)%vs.(31.41±3.13)%,均P<0.05];观察组的总有效率94.44%也明显高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。结论 EPO治疗老年肺癌贫血安全有效,建议在治疗过程中对患者进行血压监测。
Objective To observe the efficacy of erythropoietin（ EPO） in treatment of anemia in elderly patients with lung cancer and to evaluate the safety of treatment. Methods A total of 36 elderly patients with lung cancer associated with anemia admitted to this hospital during May 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random table method. 18 patients in control group were treated with iron sucrose injection,and patients in observation group were treated with EPO on the basic treatment in control group,patients in these two groups had the same symptomatic treatment and nutritional support,and the efficacy of both of them were compared after chemotherapy for 6 weeks. Results After treatment,the red blood cell count,hemoglobin count and hematocrit value of these patients were significantly elevated than those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the three indexes were significantly higher than those of control group [（ 4. 27 ± 0. 38） × 10^12/ L vs.（ 3. 53 ±0. 42） × 10^12/ L,（ 115. 12 ± 5. 47） g / L vs.（ 95. 64 ± 5. 66） g / L,（ 36. 54 ± 4. 38） % vs.（ 31. 41 ± 3. 13） %,both P〈0. 05]. The total effective rate in observation group was 94. 44% and it was significantly higher than that（ 77. 78%） of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment with EPO in elderly patients with lung cancer associated with anemia is safe and effective,and it is recommended to monitor the blood pressure of patients during the course of treatment.
