摘要
城镇学校大班额问题的凸显引起社会及教育界的广泛关注。其根源在于优质教育资源的短缺与大众教育需求过大之间存在矛盾,并因农村学校布局调整政策矫枉过正而派生出来。通过分析其带来的弊端,试图从根源上找到解决这一问题的途径,以期进一步提高教育质量,推进义务教育均衡发展。
The issue of large class size in urban schools has caused the extensive concern of society and education. Its root lies in the contradiction between the shortage of high quality ed-ucation resources and the excessive demand of education from the masses. And the reason also lies in the policy that rural school layout adjustment is overcorrecting. Through analysis of its dis-advantages, this paper tries to find a way to solve the problem, in order to improve the quality of education, and promote balanced development of the compulsory education.
