摘要
目的对新生儿沐浴强化护理的安全管理进行探讨分析。方法选取1 490例在我院出生的新生儿,将其平均分成两组,每组745例,对照组采用传统的方法进行沐浴护理,实验组则采用强化护理安全管理的方法进行沐浴护理,以主管护士带领的沐浴小组,对新生儿进行由接生、沐浴、穿衣、核对、交接的一整套护理措施,并且所有的操作严格遵守消毒隔离的原则。结果对两组新生儿沐浴后,实验组的护士手部带菌情况、并发症、护患纠纷的发生率明显低于对照组,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿沐浴进行强化护理管理不仅可以保证新生儿的沐浴安全,而且降低了新生儿的医院感染率,护理质量好,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the safe management of strengthen nursing of newborn bath.Methods 1490 newborns of our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided them into two groups,745 cases in each group , the control group adopted conventional nursing in bath , the experimental group adopted strengthen nursing safe management in bath , which was leading by the bath group of charge nurse , including nursing in deliver , bath, dressing, verify and hand over , all steps were strictly in line with principle of disinfection and isolation .Results After bath, the bacteria-carrier condition of nurses , complication incidence , nurse-patient disputes of experimental group were significantly lower than control group , differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Applying strengthen nursing in newborn bath not only can it guarantees the safety of newborns , but also lower the hospital infection of newborns , with good quality of nursing , it deserves to be promoted and applied .
