摘要
本文针对施工合同中缺少措施项目费调整变更的约定、结算时常发生争议纠纷的事实,结合对2013版清单计价规范的研读,提出了措施项目费按性质分类确定结算价的想法。
In general,there are many changes on peoject, Which led to the cost adjustment of measure project . Due to lack of relevant contract, the contract parties dispute for settlement. Based on the study of 2013 version of valuation with bill quantity, the author proposed the settlement cost of measure project can be individual calculate according to their characteristics.
