摘要
由于项目特征不符导致措施项目费的调整时承发包双方容易产生纠纷的焦点。本研究将项目特征不符的类型进行划分,并以此为依据明确了项目特征不符引起措施项目费的调整基础。在此基础上,结合工程项目中实际工作人员的访谈分析,梳理出总价合同与单价合同中项目特征不符引起的措施项目费的调整方法。
Preliminaries adjustment caused by discrepancies in item description become the focus of dispute between contract parties. Based upon the classification of discrepancies in item description, this study shed lights on the principles of preliminaries adjustment. On this basis, combined with interview analysis of construction project practitioners, methods for preliminaries adjustment caused by discrepancies in item description were concluded both in lump sum contract and unit price contract.
