摘要
铝合金熔体处理的主要目的是提高熔体的变质效果及纯净度，本文论述了当前国内广泛使用的几种铝合金熔体变质处理及净化处理技术，重点介绍了活塞用近共晶铝硅合金熔体P变质处理及氮气--氯气混合气体＋精炼剂复合净化处理技术在活塞铸造领域的应用。
The aim of aluminum alloy melt disposal is to improve the modification effects and purity of aluminum alloy melt. This article discusses some modification treatments and purification treatments, which are widely used in China. This article mainly introduce P modification treatment of cocrystallized Al-Si alloy for piston and compound purification treatment added by mixture gas of nitrogen and chlorine and refining agent. These two treatments are widely used in piston casting process.
