摘要
报告了在ZL10 8合金中加入混合稀土金属对室温和高温性能影响的系统研究结果。确定RE处理的工艺及加入量 ,认为加入质量分数为 1.5 %的RE有最佳效果。与Na盐变质情况对比试验表明 ,RE处理合金与Na处理有类似的变质效果 ,高温性能优于Na变质。用质量分数为 1.5 %的RE处理ZL10 8合金的活塞尺寸稳定性和耐久性比Na变质好得多 ,能满足 492QS汽油机的使用要求。
Influence of mischmetal addition on the properties of ZL108 alloy at ambient and high temperature was studied. The treatment technology and addition of mischmetal have been determined, and addition of w (mischmetal)=1.5% has optimum modification effect. The effect modified by mischmetal is similar to those of by sodium, but properties of mischmetal modified Al Si at high temperature are better. The dimensional stability and durality of w (mischmetal)=1.5% treated ZL108 alloy for the piston could meet the technical requirements for 492QS gasoline engine
