基于LTQ-Orbitrap检测食用油中的黄曲霉毒素 被引量:2

Determination of aflatoxins in edible oil base on LTQ-Orbitrap

摘要 采用LTQ-Orbitrap这一新型高分辨质谱,建立了食用油中4种黄曲霉毒素的检测方法。样品经乙腈水提取后,通过MycoSep226多功能净化柱进行净化,净化后的溶液经浓缩、定容、过滤。滤液利用LTQ-Orbitrap在选择离子扫描(SIM)模式下进行分析。结果表明:方法对4种黄曲霉毒素的检出限在3μg/kg以下;在3、10μg/kg的加标水平下回收率在70.8%~109%之间;该法与国标进行比较,检测结果基本一致。方法具有前处理简单、灵敏度高、定性准确的优点,适合于食用油中黄曲霉毒素的检测。 The method of detecting four aflatoxins in edible oil was established through LTQ-Orbitrap which is a new high resolution mass spectrum. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile water solution, and cleaned up with MycoSep226 multifunctional cartridge. The extracts cleaned up were concentrated, fixed volume and filtered. The filtrates were analyzed by LTQ-Orbitrap under SIM mode. The result indicated that the minimum detection limit of these four aflatoxins was all lower than 3 μg/kg and the recoveries at spiked level of 3 μg/kg and 10 μg/kg were ranged from 70.8%~109%. Comparing with the standard method, the analysis using this method were in close agreement. This method was suitable for detecting aflatoxins in edible oil with advantages of simple pretreatment, high sensitivity and good ability to identify.
