摘要
为了选择更合适的基于电阻、电容和二极管的均压电路(RCD均压电路)的元件参数,在详细分析RCD均压电路工作原理的基础上,提出了一种基于稳态的电路元件参数选择依据,并针对RCD均压电路工作过程中的几个重要时间常数进行分析。将采用该依据设计的RCD均压电路用在基于IGBT串联的直流斩波电路平台上进行了验证,实验结果表明采用该依据设计的RCD均压电路可以有效地抑制串联IGBT的动、静态不均压现象。因此,提出的依据为RCD均压电路元件的参数设计提供了理论基础和整定方向。
In order to select component parameters for RCD balancing circuit, we analyzed the circuit's mechanism and presented a criterion based on the steady-state operation for the selection. Moreover, several key time constants for the circuit operation were discussed. To verify the method, a RCD balancing circuit was applied to a DC chopper circuit based on series-connected IGBTs. The experimental results show that the tested RCD circuit can effectively inhibit the static and dynamic voltage unbalances of the series-connected IGBTs. Hence, the proposed method provides a theoretical basis and direction for designing RCD balancing circuit components.
