摘要
目的探讨单孔腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月-2014年6月期间在我院行单孔腹腔镜治疗的31例升结肠癌患者的完整临床资料作为研究对象,研究该治疗方法的安全性与有效性。结果 31例患者未出现1例术中死亡,其中26例患者单孔腹腔镜手术顺利完成,其余5例(16.13%)进行中转开腹。手术时间为(118.4±52.7)min,手术过程中患者出血量为(104.7±79.2)ml。术后腹水及感染各1例,特殊治疗后均好转出院。结论采用单孔腹腔镜右半结肠切除术治疗结肠癌是一种有效的治疗方案,具有损伤小、术后康复快等一系列优势,值得推广。
Objective To discuss single incision laparoscopic surgery right hemicolectomy clinical efficacy of the treatment of colon cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of Jan.2014 to Jun.2014.in our hospital during the single incision laparoscopic surgery treatment of 31 cases of ascending colon cancer patients with complete clinical data as the research object,the study on the safety and effectiveness of this method of treatment.Results 31 patients did not appear death cases,including 26 cases of single hole laparoscopic operation is completed,the remaining 5 cases （16.13%）were converted to laparotomy. Operation time was （118.4 ±52.7）min,the bleeding amount in operation process （104.7 ±79.2）ml. Postoperative ascites and infection in 1 case,special after treatment were improved and discharged. Conclusion The use of single incision laparoscopic surgery right hemicolectomy for colon cancer is a kind of effective treatment,with little injury,postoperative recovery fast and a series of advantages,is worthy of promotion.
