摘要
阿尔茨海默症语言功能的研究具有重要的理论及实践价值,对神经语言学、心理语言学等学科的研究产生了积极的影响,为阿尔茨海默症的早期筛查及语言康复提供了有益的参考,已成为国内外语言学研究新的学科增长点。对阿尔茨海默症语言功能失调的类型及特征作全面的评述有助于总结已有研究的成果,引发后续研究。从接收性及产出性语言功能两方面对阿尔茨海默症的语言表现作了回顾及评述,表明阿尔茨海默症的接收性语言功能研究大有可为,产出性语言功能研究中的词汇范畴效应、语法损伤的表现及实质、话语连贯损伤的本质等仍有研究的余地。
The study of the language function of the Alzheimer＇s Disease is both valuable in theory and in practice which has made it a new source for linguistics research. Theoretically, findings in this field have made significant contributions to the researches of neurolinguistics and psycholinguistics. Practically, the results of the language function study provided references for the screening and language rehabilitation of the disease. A critical review of the researches on the types and characteristics of language function impairments of this disease is necessary for future research. This article reviewed the previous researches on the language function impairments of the Alzheimer＇s Disease from the perspectives of language comprehension and language production which indicated that the former is worth more researches and the category effect, the manifestation and nature of grammatical impairment and the nature of coherence impairment in discourse in the latter needed further investigation as well.
