摘要
病案专业委员会疾病分类专家组对《中国医疗服务操作项目分类与编码》(CCHI)编制规则与框架结构进行研讨、分析,一致认为一个以收费为目标的系统要达到临床科研检索、医院管理等目标,还需从临床出发进行系统改造。目前版本的CCHI对医疗行政要求不足,不能达到临床医疗、研究、教学等各方面的需要,会影响医院医疗质量的评估、评价,使医疗行政部门失去管理医院的"抓手",无法提取"三级综合医院服务能力"标准的数据,或导致信息提取的错误。目前版本的CCHI也没有索引,没有完全做好对历史资料的对接,其在医院管理与临床实践工作中的适用性及可操作性尚需认真研究和完善。
Group members of the National Disease Classification Experts Group make a collective analysis of the applicability of the Classification and Coding of the Chinese Medical Service Operation in clinical practice. A system aiming to charge should be adapted from clinical practice so as to achieve its goals of clinical scientific research retrieval and hospital management. Without fully considering the medical administrative requirements, and various needs from clinical care, research, teaching and so on, CCHI may affect the evaluation and assessment on hospital medical quality, make the administrative department of a hospital lose the“grip”over hospital management, and fail to extract data of standards for ＆quot;tertiary general hospital service ability＆quot;, or lead to incorrect information extraction.
