摘要
目的:建立中成药中非法添加盐酸西布曲明的快速检测的方法。方法:采用簿层色谱法和HPLC定性检测法。结果:采用建立的中成药中非法添加盐酸西布曲明的快速检测方法对实验样品进行了检测,TLC和HPLC法能快速有效地检测出实验样品是阳性样品还是阴性样品。结论:本方法简便,快速,分离效果好,准确度高,可作为中成药中非法添加西布曲明的检测方法。
Objective： To establish the method for rapid detection of sibutramine hydrochloride illegally added to Chinese patent medi- cines. Method ：TLC and HPLC qualitative detection was used. Results： The method for rapid detection of sibutramine hydroehloride il- legally added to Chinese patent medicines was adopted to detect the experimental samples. TLC and HPLC can detect the experimental samples is positive or negative samples rapidly and efficiently. Conclusion：The method is simple, rapid, good separation effect, accu- rate and it can be used for the detection of sibutramine hydrochloride illegally added to Chinese patent medicines.
