摘要
目的:建立保健品中非法添加化学成分芬氟拉明和西布曲明的UPLC-MS/MS检测方法。方法:以甲醇超声提取样品,UPLC法进行色谱分析,采用串联四级杆质谱"MRM"模式进行定性定量检测。结果:芬氟拉明和西布曲明保留时间分别为2.6 min和3.8 min,检出限分别为0.1 ng和0.08 ng。12批样品中6批检出较高含量的西布曲明。结论:本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,操作简单,快捷,可作为掺入芬氟拉明、西布曲明化学成分保健品的有效检测方法。
Objective:To develop a UPLC-MS/MS method to determine the illegal addition of enfluramine and sibutramine in slimming foods.Methods:After the sample was extracted with methanol,it was by ultrasonic,chromatographed by quick UPLC,and detected by quadrupole mass spectrometry with "MRM" mode.Results:The retention time of fenfluramine and sibutramine was 2.6 min and 3.8 min respectively,and the determination limits of quantification for the two chemicals were 0.1 ng and 0.08 ng.Six samples of all 12 slimming foods were found to be highly added in sibutramine.Conclusion:The method of UPLC/MS/MS is specific,sensitive,simple and fast for the rapid determination of fenfluramine and sibutramine used in herbal slimming products.
