摘要 2.4关于限制到目前为止,被REACH法规附件XVII列为限用物质的已达58个大类数百种物质,这些物质及其制剂或物品不得生产、销售或使用,除非符合限制的条件。事实上,欧盟指令76/769/EEC在2007年6月1日正式并入REACH法规附件XVII之后,修订速度还在加快。
