摘要
根据纺织品中邻苯二甲酸酯检测标准GB/T 20388-2006的检测方法,检测了被禁的6种邻苯二甲酸酯[邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁基苄基酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DNOP)、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)],深入探讨了影响纺织品中邻苯二甲酸酯含量检测准确度的几个关键问题,并结合试验进行了改进(如防止外来邻苯二甲酸酯引入生产干扰,保证样品纯净度,减少对仪器污染,避免损坏仪器等),提高了气质联用法检测其含量的准确度.
Six kinds of banned phthalate esters were detected using GB/T 20388-2006 method for phthalate esters in textiles, including dibutylphthalate （DBP）, butylbenzylphthalate （BBP）, di （2-ethylhexyl） phthalate （DEHP）, diisononylphthalate （DINP）, di-n-octylphthalate （DNOP） and diisodecylphthalate （DIDP）. Several key problems affecting measurement accuracy for phthalate esters in textiles were discussed. The detection method was improved combining experiment experience, such as ensuring the sample purity, decreasing the contamination to the instrument, avoiding the damage to instrument. Thus, the detection accuracy of GC-MS method was improved.
