摘要
对海阳核电一号核岛安全壳厂房进行了分析,时间范畴从安全壳底封头(CVBH)就位开始,一直到安全壳顶封头(CVTH)就位为止;空间上将安全壳厂房分为钢制安全壳(CV)本体构造、结构模块CA01与CV之间空间构造、CA01模块本体构造、CA01模块内部空间构造来论述分析。在构造分析的基础上,以CVTH就位前必须完成对施工的结构、系统及物项为研究对象,分析其建造逻辑关系,保证了建筑结构施工与安装施工的交叉进行,进而确保CVTH及早就位,降低了建造的风险。同时,该施工逻辑也得到了工程的实际验证,取得了良好效果。
This paper analyzed the unit 1 nuclear island containment building of Haiyang nuclear power station. The time span is from the setting of containment vessel bottom head( CVBH) locating to the containment vessel top head( CVTH) locating. Containment building is separated into containment vessel( CV) structure module,space between CA01 structure module and CV,CA01 structure module,and CA01 module internal space. Based on the analysis of structure,construction logic is analyzed taking the structure,system and components which should be finished before the CVTH locating,as research object to ensure the cross-structure construction of buildings structure and installation. Thereby the technology ensures CVTH locating as early as possible and reducing the construction risk. Meanwhile, the implementation of construction logic has also been proved successfully in this project and achieved good results.
