摘要
构建现代职业教育体系需要建立符合职业教育特点的学位制度。本文从教育公平、高等教育发展、构建现代职业教育体系、促进学生全面发展和优化高等教育结构等维度探讨高等职业教育试行"工士"学位制度的必要性。同时,提出高职院校试行"工士"学位制度时应处理好与职业资格证书之间的关系、对颁发"工士"证书的院校实施准入制度、把"工士"制度纳入现代职教体系等问题。
The establishment of modem vocational education system needs the establishment of a degree system that accord with the characteristics of vocational education. The article discusses the necessity of establishing the vocational degree system from the educational fair, the development of higher vocational education, establishment of the modem vocational education system, student＇s comprehensive development and the optimization of the structure of higher education, and puts forward some problems which should be noticed on trial implementation of skilled degree in higher vocational college .
